The following Terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on the Landscapes 365 web site, please read them carefully.
All product prices are in £ sterling and are inclusive of delivery in the UK. We reserve the right to change any advertised price before accepting an order. We accept all orders for products subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be given a refund for the unavailable product(s).
Payment can be made using Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch via Paypal. Payment will be debited to your account before despatch of your purchase. All credit and debit card holders are subject to authorisation by the card issuer and if the issuer of your card refuses to pay us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
All orders are shipped our carrier with proof of postage. Please note delivery can only be made to the delivery address you have supplied. We aim to despatch your order within 7 days of receipt. For delivery outwith the UK please contact for details of charges.
Please note that whilst we've tried to represent colours as accurately as possible they may vary slightly from the way they appear on your computer monitor.
If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please inform us within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge.
If you wish to cancel BEFORE we have sent goods, you must do so by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge.
If you change your mind and cancel AFTER your order has been sent to you or after receiving the goods the following procedures apply :-
When you receive your order, as per the EU Distance Selling Directive, you have a “cooling off period” of 7 days to return the ordered products if you have changed your mind and wish to cancel or exchange. The goods must be returned unused and unopened with the seal intact - in the same condition as they were originally despatched from Landscapes 365.
Please contact us by email or telephone to confirm which items are being returned. Landscapes 365 is not responsible for returned goods lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that customers use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service and obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit. There will be no refund of the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be made to the original charged account within 7 days of receipt of the returned goods.
These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
You will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with Landscapes 365. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions of Sale. Please note that Landscapes 365 will not be liable for orders delivered to incorrect shipping addresses which have been provided by the customer at the time of ordering so please check your details carefully before submitting your order.
Sales on this web site are governed by Scottish law and you agree to submit any dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. All orders are subject to these terms and conditions, and no amendments will be accepted by us.
Landscapes 365 reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new terms and conditions on this website.
